Eneba.com is a relatively new store for digital games. It works on the same principle as G2A, Kinguin, and Gamivo. So is Eneba legit and safe marketplace from which you can purchase game keys? In this Eneba review I will go through options which Eneba offers to buyers, and its pros and cons.
With a huge selection of titles, Eneba is quickly becoming a go-to marketplace to find the best price on game deals.

If you decide to purchase on Eneba you can register or checkout as a guest. You don’t need to register, but if you do you will have access to all your keys from one place.
You can browse through ENEBA by categories, price, popularity, platform, etc. Once you find the game that you like, select it and you will be taken to the product page. Be noted that from all marketplaces Eneba has the lowest fees (check all Eneba selling fees) for sellers on sold products (5%) so here you will probably find the cheapest price for a particular game.
You will notice that there are several sellers so you can choose to buy from one that has the lowest price, or seller which has the best rating. Unfortunately, you cant see previous buyers positive or negative comments like you can on G2A (I don’t know if a buyer can even leave a comment after purchase).

- Select seller
Choose seller from which you want to purchase particular game. Pick seller with best rating or with cheapest price.
- Adding to cart

- Checkout

- Payment

I bought 2 keys (Project Cars 2) from the same seller. He sent me both keys duplicated… I send two tickets to eneba support with photos for proof, but they didn’t replied to me, have been 3 days… and nothing, i think the site is good for the price but don t put all your trust. 4/10.

Eneba supports sends the ticket to seller and then they need to wait seller reply. I think that 5 days is max time that seller has for reply. If he doesn’t reply the buyer wins the case.

If key is duplicate, it is standard procedure to ask buyer proof or Steam support confirmation that the date when key was activated was before it was sold to the buyer. Otherwise, everyone could buy key, activate it on account and claim it was already used.
They are scams, sold multiple used steam codes that were used and refused to do anything. Same thing that happened to many (read other comments or reviews on other sites).
Absolutely avoid this company and don’t listen to this shill.

Is not safe to use. I purchased two adobe cloud codes (1 year subscription eachone). I used the first subscription and after 5 months stoped working. I tried to use the second code and is invalid. I contacted eneba αnd after a lot of messages (3 weeks for the time) , I haven’t got my money back. Be careful..
Are you sure that was purchased on Eneba? I have never seen on Eneba that anyone sells Adobe Cloud. On G2A yes, but not Eneba.

In the middle 2020 eneba offer it, it stay only 2 or 3 month and they delete it, because the seller was selling education subscription, most of it adobe block it, and thats why i love eneba, they dont accept scanning, for example there is a lot of scamming hapend when we came to Microsoft products Kaspersky products , that’s why they didn’t offer it.
I have a lot of experience with them, believe me they are the best market you can purchase from it, they work honest , in both sides no matter if you are seller or buyer.

Selling duplicated unusable keys
Bought a few keys with ENEBA and none of them was working. They were marked as duplicated keys on Steam so they were not usable in any way.
When contacting the ENEBA’s support about this matter, they were very pleasant but did not fix anything. It certainly feels like I have been scammed.
My piece of advice: run away from them.
This can happen as it all depends on the seller. It can be unintentional mistake. But Eneba support usually does a good job being middleman between seller and buyer and “force” seller to fix the problem.
I purchased a playstation plus code. It stopped working after a month. I have been trying to get a refund or a new code for weeks but they just keeping emailing me for the same information. Don’t but from them.
Absolutely horrible! They do not care about their customers and basically are no assistance if you need help. They basically tell you it’s not their problem.

oh wow, i’ve had a totally different experience with eneba. I wonder what happened there. i have 39 game keys in my library that i purchased from their platform before i finally made an account, i used to check out as guest a lot. They are pretty much the ebay of game keys where verified cd key vendors sell game keys. I used to buy keys from gog.com and kinguin.net previously and back in the day around 10 years ago there were a lot of scam sites so eneba was a game changer for me. I always look for seller rating just as u would in ebay. I have a couple of favs already such as games starS, Digitalsales and Games Federation. I did have a roblox key not work once from either big deals , va digital games or world wide key sales( i cant remember) but eneba customer service contacted them about the key and it was indeed faulty so eneba refunded me. If the seller does not respond to eneba then eneba wont know if you are just trying to get another free key or if the key was actually faulty since they arent the sellers, they are only the platform/marketplace so it wasnt a big deal for me. its understandable. i overall have had a great experience and spread the word to all my real life gaming buddies. they’ve asked me how i found out about it and are all satisfied with it. I’ve only been using eneba platform a little over a year and only purchased around 50-60 keys. i guess the roblox key was the not so bad worst experience i had so far.
